Sandyford suite under offer

An office suite at The Mall in Beacon Court, Sandyford, Dublin 18, is currently being marketed by Allsop Space. The agency quoted €300,000 for the office which is now under offer at €415,000.

The property extends to more than 304sq m (3,280 sq ft) over three levels and is producing rents of €21,000 from two tenants.

A third level, accounting for about one-third of the space, is currently vacant.

Allsop Space is also seeking €700,000 for an industrial building in Whitestown Business Park in Tallaght, Dublin 24. The 1,198sq m (12,894sq ft) building is let to the Institute of Technology Tallaght at €80,000 per annum.
