CBRE has reduced the quoting rent from €435,000 to €275,000 for a high quality industrial HQ at Northwest Business Park in Ballycoolin, Dublin 11. The complex is on 5.4 acres and includes two buildings with a total of 6,605sq m (71,096 sq ft). The quoting rent works out at less than €4 per sq ft.
While the preference is to let the site to a single tenant, the agents will also consider splitting the facilities. Jarlath Lynn of CBRE said he was confident of finding a suitable tenant given the flexibility of the rents and a shortage of similar-sized buildings.
