Rathmines food outlet to rent at €55,000

Savills is quoting a rent of €55,000 for a vacant restaurant beside Tesco at the junction of Rathmines Road Upper and Rathgar Road in Dublin 6.

The building extends to 100sq m (1,076sq ft) with an optional outdoor seating area.

Stephen McCarthy of Savills says that given the scarcity of food outlets throughout the city he expected strong interest from a host of food traders.
