Joint letting agents Jones Lang LaSalle and CBRE are to handle the letting of high-quality office space at Swords business campus in north Dublin.

Located within a secure, landscaped setting, the fully fitted office accommodation offers considerable flexibility with units ranging in size from 315sq m (3,400sq ft) to 3,948sq m (42,500sq ft).

The agents are quoting rents of €107 to €129 per square metre (€10 to €12 per square foot) for high- spec space with two power supplies.

Aoife Murray of Jones Lang LaSalle said the business campus already has a number leading companies including CityJet, the HSE, Doosan, a South Korean conglomerate, and the Central Statistics Office.
