New directors at CBRE

CBRE IS TO strengthen its property and asset management team by appointing Aidan Grimes as executive director and head of its service.

Grimes was previously director of asset management at Colliers International. He has very considerable experience of the industry, particularly the retail sector in Ireland where he worked for over 25 years.

CBRE has also appointed Brian Cleary as a director of the property and asset management team. He also joins CBRE from Colliers and has experience of covering management, acquisitions, lettings and disposals.
