Multinational rents office suite

The multinational sanitary company Geberuit has rented an office suite at the Cosgrave Brothers’ Swift Square in Santry, Dublin.

The tenant is paying a rent of €139 per sq m (€13 per sq ft) for a 242sq m (2,605sq ft) fully fitted suite on the first floor of the building.

The 10-year lease provides for a break option in year five.

Colliers acted for the tenant while CBRE advised the Cosgraves.
