JLL appoints new directors

Company recently moved to state-of-the-art offices at Styne House in Dublin 2

Estate agents JLL Ireland has just appointed 10 of its staff to “divisional” and “associated director” level.

The company recently moved to 1,208sq m (13,000sq ft) state-of-the-art offices at Styne House on Upper Hatch Street in Dublin 2 and says its new senior promotions are “further testament to our growth strategy going forward”.

The new divisional directors are Dara Byrne (project and development services); Christian Moore (valuations and advisory); Jacqueline Fitzpatrick (investment); Mark Synnott (valuations and advisory); and Woody O'Neill (industrial agency). Recently appointed associate directors are Paddy Cusack (valuations and advisory); Hannah Dwyer (head of research); Brian Shields (investment); Aengus McCarthy (property management); and Daniel O'Connor (senior vice-president, hotels division).

John Moran, JLL's managing director, says that after 50 years in business, 2015 has been a "year of change and growth for us", while the company is now "firmly focused on strengthening our strategy for 2020".
