ESTATE AGENTS:DUBLIN ESTATE agent HWBC, one of the few remaining wholly-owned Irish commercial property advisers, celebrated its third anniversary last Friday with a stylish lunch attended by 250 clients and guests at the "Taste of Dublin" festival in the Iveagh Gardens.

After lunch cooked by Derry Clarke of Michelin star restaurant L'Ecrivain, guests were given some insights into cooking by experts Anthony Worrall Thompson, Neven Maguire and Rachel Allen.

Later they were addressed by rugby pundits George Hook and Brent Pope.

New managing director of HWBC, Michael Coyle, thanked the company's loyal client base who had helped them grow the business in the last three years.

He reported that they had handled up to €750 million in international investment deals - mainly in Germany and the UK - while their property management division now had responsibility for over €1 billion in assets with an annual rent roll of €55 million and an annual service charge expenditure of some €10 million.
