Homestore + More opens 12th store

Homestore + More is still on the expansion trail with plans now completed for its 12th store opening at Clonard Retail Park in Wexford town.

The multiple is to rent three adjoining retail units with a combined floor area of 2,096sq m (22,570sq ft).

The rent has been fixed at €147,000 per annum after a 12-month rent-free period.

Agent CBRE is advising Homestore + More which is due to announce another planned opening in the coming weeks.

The company is also looking for suitable premises in north and south Dublin, Galway, Kinsale Road in Cork and Kildare.

The minimum footprint being considered is 2,000sq m (21,528sq ft).
