One of the best-presented Georgian houses to come on the Dublin market in recent years goes for sale from today, when Colliers International seeks a buyer for 36 Fitzwilliam Place and a mews building to the rear at 36 Leeson Close.

The selling agents are quoting €3.25 million for the entire property, which has been beautifully maintained by an Irish-American family for the past 25 years. The basement, ground and first floor are fitted out as high-end offices, while the two upper floors have been used as a two-bedroom apartment.

As a patron of the arts, the family has made the mews available on a gratuitous basis to a number of Irish artists over the years.
