Fourth outlet for Peacock

Peacock Green, the gourmet cafe chain, is to open a new outlet at Llanduff Terrace in Elm Park, Dublin 4.

The 151sq m (1,625sq ft) unit is laid out over the ground and first floors at the entrance to the Elm Park Business Campus fronting on the Merrion Road. The unit was let through CBRE and Knight Frank at the request of RSM Farrell Grant Sparks Asset Management. Niamh Sheehan of CBRE had been quoting a rent of €30,000 per year for the restaurant, Peacock Green also has outlets on Leeson Street, Lord Edward Street and in the Vaults on Hatch Street.
