Offices: Although the Dublin office market is in considerable difficulty, some parts of it are still thriving. Jack Fagan, Property Editor, reports.

Own-door offices suites in good locations are still letting well, nowhere more so than in Clontarf, where the MKN Property Group has found occupants for 14 of the 19 high quality office units in the Seapoint Building beside the Garda Station on Clontarf Road.

The five remaining own-door office suites ranging in size from 139.35 to 250.8 sq m (1,500 to 2,700 sq ft) are available to rent €301 per sq m (€28 per sq ft) or for sale at €4,574 per sq m (€425 per sq ft).

An underground car- park has 43 spaces and these are either for sale at €15,000 each or a rent of €950 per annum.
