Dune pays €350,000 to open on prime Grafton St spot

The high profile shop has an overall floor area of 540sq m (5,813sq ft)

The fashion footwear and accessories group, Dune of London, is to open a new store on Dublin's Grafton Street following other high profile lettings to retailers Hugo Boss and & Other Stories.

Dune will be paying in the order of €350,000 for 69 Grafton Street. The high profile shop – towards the St Stephen's Green end of Dublin's main shopping street – has an overall floor area of 540sq m (5,813sq ft) and 240sq m (2,583sq ft) of retail space on the ground floor and at basement levels. The trading space was recently reconfigured and extended by owners IPUT before the building was put on the letting market through Simon Cooper of CBRE.

Dune has 100 stores worldwide and 170 concessions in top stores such as Topshop, Topman, House of Fraser, John Lewis and Selfridges.
