Savills and Property Partners Laurence Gunne have begun marketing the NCT Centre in Dundalk, Co Louth, which is to be sold as an investment. The agencies are quoting €350,000 for the detached building at Coes Road which is rented at €39,983 per annum. The 30 year lease from 1999 provides for a break option every 10 years. The centre is let to National Car Testing Service Ltd., a subsidiary of a successful Spanish company. Loman Dempsey of Savills said he was expecting strong interest in the investment because of the high quality building and the attractive yield.
