Dublin commercial agent Murphy Mulhall has formed a strategic alliance with UK property adviser Gerald Eve. The Irish agency is now offering its clients specialist rating services, working with Gerald Eve, one of the UK’s leading business-rates advisers.
Murphy Mulhall, formed in 2009 by former CBRE directors Robert Murphy and James Mulhall, specialises in office agency, investment, asset management and valuation consultancy. Gerald Eve is a multidisciplinary surveying firm with 9 office and 350 employees. A top 20 UK property consultancy, it advises more than 40 per cent of the FTSE 100 companies.
