Dublin city centre restaurant opportunity

North Earl Street building extends to 300sq m over five levels

Stephen McCarthy of Savills is seeking a tenant for a prime city centre restaurant at 16 North Earl Street, Dublin 1.

The building extends to 300sq m over five levels and adjoins Boyers, Dunnes Stores and the proposed Marlborough Street Luas cross-city stop. The layout will allow the successful restauranteur to trade at ground- and first-floor levels. The premises will be available on a long-term lease at €150,000 per annum.

McCarthy said he was expecting considerable interest in the building because of the current scarcity of restaurant opportunities in the city centre.
