Donnelly Centre building for €1.5m as firm moves

Planning permission was granted in 2009 for a five- to seven-storey development of student housing, retail and commercial space

An interesting redevelopment opportunity will arise shortly on Cork Street in Dublin when The Donnelly Centre is offered for sale at €1.5 million through agent McNally Handy.

The business has moved to a new premises in Inchicore.

The existing warehouse and office buildings extend to over 8,850sq m (95,000sq ft) over two and three floors. There is a large access yard and loading area to the western side from Cork Street.

Planning permission was granted at the end of 2009 for a five- to seven-
storey development to include 40 student housing units with 182 bedrooms, 487sq m (5,242sq ft) of retail space and a commercial stores with 2,740sq m (29,493sq ft) of floor space.
