LETTING agents Bannon and HT Meagher OReilly are in negotiations to let the remaining space in 2 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, one of the most stylish new buildings in the south Dublin docklands.
It was developed by Joe OReilly’s Chartered Land company.
Agents Bannon and HT Meager OReilly are quoting rents of €420 per sq m (almost €40 per sq ft) for 6,000sq m (64,584sq ft) beside the Grand Canal Theatre.
A further 8,000sq m (86,112sq ft) has been occupied by solicitors Byrne Wallace who previously traded as BCM Hanby Wallace.
