The Rockfield lounge bar and restaurant located immediately beside the Balally Luas station in Dublin 16 is to be offered for letting at €110,000 per annum through agent Savills.

Rockfield is located at the junction of Sandyford Road and Overend Avenue, within a short walk of Dundrum Town Centre.

The premises is located on the ground floor and basement levels of the Rockfield apartment complex and has a floor area extending to 580 sq m.

Stephen McCarthy of Savills said it was seldom enough that a fully fitted licensed bar, restaurant and off-licence premises with outdoor terraced seating came on the market in a prime south Dublin location.
