DARREN Nugent of CB Richard Ellis is quoting a guide price of €750,000 for a fully-fitted office building at Windsor Place, an office development off Lower Pembroke Street, Dublin 2.

The three-storey block close to Baggot Street and Leeson Street extends to 341sq m (3,670sq ft).
