Jones Lang LaSalle is quoting €650,000 for a redevelopment site of 0.17 of a hectare (0.42 of an acre) at Violet Farm, Milltown, Dublin 14, which is for sale by private treaty.
The site could accommodate six or seven houses and is located close to the Churchfields, the O’Malley development where a three-bedroom terrace house recently sold for €378,000 and where a four-bed semi made €500,000.
