A 10.9-ACRE site which is designated as a technology park with a partially completed building at Monksland, Athlone, is to be sold on the instructions of receiver Jim Hamilton of BDO.
Bruce Campbell of CBRE is quoting €550,000 for the Pharmaplaz Technology Park which is located off the M6 Dublin to Galway motorway at Athlone.
The site is zoned as a business enterprise park and is surrounded by a mixture of industrial and retail users.
Local industries include the Alkermes Pharmaceutical plant.
