€2m for Santry offices

Joint agents Savills and Knight Frank are quoting €2 million plus VAT for a 1,877sq m (20,200 sq ft) office building, which includes 12 own-door office suites at 2 Northwood Business Campus in Santry, Dublin 9.

Four are already let and producing €130,000 per annum. Rents for the eight vacant suites are €15 a sq ft and €650 for car-parking spaces. The selling price equates to €100 a sq ft, well below build costs. The units have been fitted out to a high standard.
