Agents Savills is seeking in the region of €220,000 for an office investment in the Apex Business Centre in Sandyford, Co Dublin, which will show a net initial yield of 10.6 per cent.
The high-spec office suite extends to 188sq m (2,023sq ft) and along with four car parking spaces is rented by Augusta Property Services, a German asset management company, on a 10-year lease from 2011 with a break option in 2016. The firm is paying a rent of €24,400 per annum.
