Development Land:A prime development site opposite Mount Anville school on Mount Anville Road, Dublin 14, is for sale by tender next month.
Agent Jones Lang LaSalle is guiding over €20 million for the site which covers 2.6 acres in an area where permitted uses include residential and consideration will be given to commercial and retail uses.

As well as being a well-established residential area, it has good transport links to the city centre, with numerous bus routes, and to Wicklow and the national road network through the nearby M50.
The site is zoned Objective A - "to protect and/or improve residential amenity" - in the Dún Laoghaire Rathdown County Council Development Plan 2004-2010.
Permitted uses include residential, public services and residential institutions while a wide range of other commercial and retail facilities are listed as "open for consideration".
