Celtic Resources delays listing

Exploration group Celtic Resources has postponed its planned listing on the London Stock Exchange until next year, shareholders have been told. The announcement came with news that Celtic had raised £1.48 million sterling (€2.4 million) net of expenses after placing 14.4 million shares at 10 1/2p each and 7.2 million warrants at 14p each.
