MEMBERS of the Carway family, involved in litigation with CountyGlen, were given permission to inspect certain documents, including some held by the Garda Fraud Squad, after agreements between the parties in the High Court yesterday.

Dr Michael Forde, SC, for the Carway family, told Miss Justice Carroll that there had been applications by Mr John Carway, Ms Jane Carway, Mr Stephen Carway and Mr Warren Carway for discovery of documents against a variety of individuals.

Mr Maurice Collins, counsel, for Mr Frank Clarke, SC, the inspector to CountyGlen, said that all their documents were transferred to the Minister for Justice and the Garda and were at the moment in the possession of the Garda Fraud Squad. They were making no objection to the inspections of certain agreed documents.

The other parties involved in the discovery motion were the Anglo Irish Bank Corporation, Dr John Teeling, and Mr James Finn.
