Bula has appointed Mr Con Casey as company secretary following the resignation of Mr Eamon Fox. Mr Casey is the managing partner of Casey McGrath & Co, a firm of accountants.
No reason was given for Mr Fox's resignation from the company of which former Taoiseach Mr Albert Reynolds is executive chairman. It follows the departure at the end of January of Mr John Hogan, the company's chief executive and Mr Eonuh Rhee, a non-executive director.
