Baltimore Technologies has announced an agreement to merge CyberTrust Japan into Baltimore Technologies Japan. The deal will be funded wholly through the issuance of stock in Baltimore Japan.
Under the terms of this agreement, CyberTrust Japan shareholders will receive 2,549 shares in Baltimore Japan. This represents approximately 10 per cent of the enlarged share capital of Baltimore Japan.
