Let the fuming about bands getting left out begin! The fuming about bands getting left out always occurs, doesn’t it? As inevitable as a stormy day in mid-August But as we suggested last year (and the year before that and, gazooks, the year before that as well), bands who are pissed off should stop being pissed off and do something about it if they’re so pissed off. Put on a fringe event, for instance. Do your own event. Just stop being, you know, pissed off.

The details: HWCH 2012 takes place in Dublin city-centre venues the Button Factory, the Mercantile, the Grand Social, Twisted Pepper, Meeting House Square and the Workman’s Club from October 4 to 6. A weekend ticket is €45 and a night ticket is €20 (both prices plus fees).
