€2.3m for 19 apartments

Hooke & MacDonald is quoting €2.3 million for a development of 19 apartments close to the Ulster Bank on Main Street in Tallaght village, Dublin 24. The Laurels, being sold on the instructions of a receiver, are currently producing a rental income of €191,100 which will shortly rise to €215,000 once two of the units held back for viewing purposes have been let. A retail unit has the potential to bring in a further €20,000. Of the 19 apartments in two blocks, 13 are two-bedroom units, four are one-bed and two have three bedrooms.
