WOMEN'S TOUR:Sweden's Annika Sorenstam had to make do with joint sixth place in her final appearance on home soil as South Korean teenager Amy Yang won the Scandinavian TPC.

Yang shot a nine-under-par final round of 63 to triumph by six strokes at the tournament hosted by Sorenstam, the former world number one, at the Frosaker Golf and Country Club near Stockholm.

Sorenstam, who retires at the end of the year, shot 72 to finish seven under, alongside three Swedes - Lotta Neumann, Louise Friberg and Anna Nordvist.

Yang (19) was four shots behind Norway's Lill Saether at the start of the final day but produced a sensational round to claim a third title on the women's European Tour with a 14-under total.

Saether had to make do with a four-way tie for second on eight under after shooting 73, alongside Minea Blomqvist, Melodie Bourdy and Maria Hjorth.

"I didn't think I would win this tournament," said Yang. "I was just playing one shot and one hole at a time so I didn't think about my score."

Sorenstam had led the field after the first round but could not maintain her form. "I played very, very well the first 14 holes and then I hit it in the water on 15 and got very deflated at that point," said Sorenstam.

CHALLENGE TOUR:Dane Jeppe Huldahl won his maiden professional title with a comfortable two-stroke victory over Scot Steven O'Hara in the Lexus Open in Norway.

Five birdies in a sublime opening 15 holes took the 26-year-old out of reach and allowed him the luxury of two dropped shots in his last three holes. His closing 69 for a 17 under par total of 271 was two better than O'Hara, who mounted an early challenge with three birdies but was unable to press on and finished with a four under par 68.

Joint overnight leader Richard Bland of England carded a level par 72 to finish in joint third on 14 under par with Allessandro Tadini, the Italian carding a 69.

SENIORS TOUR: England's Carl Mason won his 20th European Seniors Tour title when he successfully defended the Bad Ragaz PGA Seniors Open in Switzerland by finishing two clear of Scot Bill Longmuir.

After the record-equalling low round of 61 at Bad Ragaz Golf Club on Saturday, Mason followed up with a final round of 65 for a 15 under par total of 195, two ahead of Longmuir, who signed for a 66 and aggregate of 197.

Mason's win made him only the second player to claim 20 European Seniors Tour titles and moved him within three of Tommy Horton's record of 23 victories.
