A pair of Centre Court tickets for Andy Murray’s match with Juan Carlos Ferrero were selling for £6,100 (€7,124) in London. The face value was £170 (€198). Williams Snr heads for home

RICHARD Williams never tires of watching his daughters in action - until they are in opposition.

So the father of Venus and Serena said yesterday he will be hopping on a flight back to the US now an all-Williams final is again inked in for tomorrow. Meanwhile, former number one Jim Courier sent a Twitter note after the match saying: “What a feeling it must be for a family to dominate so thoroughly at will. The movie of the Williams sisters’ story will be worth filming.”
