The PGA has endorsed a major new golf exhibition which will be held in Dublin in October. "The Golf Show" will have around 100 stands covering all aspects of the industry and, as always, equipment will be the major attraction for the majority of the punters.

"We're looking to host a show of genuine interest to golfers," says John Low of the Dublin-based organisers Sports and Leisure Promotions. "Equipment will play a big part and we are delighted with the commitment already shown by the likes of Dunlop-Slazenger.'

If you have new equipment you need to know how to use it, so another of the big attractions will be the free lessons from a team of PGA professionals who will have driving bays, putting greens and even a specially-constructed bunker to put you through your paces.

"The Golf Show" will be staged at the National Show Centre, near Dublin Airport, on October 20th to 22nd.
