ULSTER SFC QUARTER FINAL: Crossmaglen Rangers 0-13 St Patrick's 0-6:CROSSMAGLEN RANGERS are still on course to retain their Ulster title, but manager Donal Murtagh has demanded a big step up in performance for next Sunday's semi-final against Donegal's St Eunan's.

"We gave away too much possession, missed too many chances and generally were not as cohesive as we can be," he said.

Nonetheless, his side were 0-10 to 0-2 in front at half-time - Martin Ahern, Oisín McConville and David McKenna each landed two points before the break.

However they were reined in for much of the second half as St Patrick's stood firm. Despite towering performances from Shane McDermott and Eamonn Maguire, they were unable to make inroads into the Rangers lead.
