The Limerick Under-21 hurling management have delayed naming their team to play Galway in Saturday's All Ireland semi-final until tomorrow.

At last night's training session manager Dave Keane said that the cast was due to be removed from Mark Keane's injured ankle today and they had not given up hope on him returning to the team. He also hinted that Limerick might be appealing the three months suspension imposed by the Munster Council on Sean O'Connor.

The Galway team is due to be released today and is expected to include five senior players. Derek Hardiman, Richie Murray, Damien Hayes, Diarmuid Cloonan and John Culkin have all featured in Noel Lane's senior panel this season. Also part of the under-21 panel is current minor captain Ger Farragher.

Tyrone have injury concerns over three key players ahead of Sunday's All-Ireland minor football semi-final against Mayo at Croke Park. Centre forward Barry Mulligan is struggling with a hamstring problem, while half back duo Kieran McCrory and Paul Quinn have ankle and shoulder ailments respectively. But all three are expected to be fit.
