MEATH SHC:KILTALE WILL meet Killyon in the county final after respective wins at the weekend. Kiltale were decisive winners at Pairc Tailteann, ending Kildalkey's bid for a fourth Jubilee Cup success in a row on a scoreline of 1-16 to 0-13. The decisive moments occured in the 10 minutes either side of half-time when Kiltale moved from being on level terms with the champions to being seven points clear.
In the other semi-final, Killyon – who reached this stage on the back of five group wins, including one over Longwood – were three points off the pace with 50 minutes gone, but managed to stage a late fightback for a 0-21 to 2-12 victory.
