National League Premier Div/Drogheda United 1 Bohemians 2: Paul Keegan came off the bench to score an injury-time winner for Bohemians at O2 Park, Drogheda, on Saturday evening.

While the win will help Bohs recover from the mauling they received from Rosenborg in the Champions League last Wednesday, the Dubliners could be considered lucky to have got all three points.

Glen Crowe got the ball into the home team's net after just five minutes but it was ruled out for offside. Twenty minutes later the Republic of Ireland international striker was denied again, this time by a brilliant save from Gary Rogers in the Drogheda goal.

After the half-time interval, the home team got some steam up and went ahead on 49 minutes through Andy Myler. Darren Beesley delivered a free-kick from the left and the unmarked Myler finished with a header at the far post.

Bohemians got their chance of an equaliser when Crowe was pulled down in the penalty area with Kevin Hunt making no mistake with the resulting spot-kick.

Then, with the clock reading 92 minutes, Fergal Harkin floated a corner into the Drogheda area and Keegan was there to powerfully head the ball past Rogers.

BOHEMIANS: Kelly, Lynch, Webb, Hunt, Heary, Hawkins, Harkin, Callery (Ryan, 62 mins) Doyle (Keegan, 62 mins), Crowe, Morrison (Rutherford, 76 mins).
