CORK SFC SEMI-FINAL Glen Rovers 1-17 Douglas 1-12:GLEN ROVERS qualified to meet Sarsfields in their first hurling final since 1991 with a deserved win over surprise-packets Douglas at Páirc Uí Chaoimh yesterday.

Patrick Horgan goaled to help them lead 1-10 to 0-8 at the break, with Odhran Mulrooney scoring a 47th-minute goal for Douglas.

In last night's football quarter-final, St Finbarr's earned a semi-final spot against Douglas or Carbery after a 1-10 to 2-4 win over Ballincollig. Clonakilty play Nemo Rangers in the other semi-final.
