Tipperary went about their business in earnest this year and with the growing strength of under-age football in the county, things are on the up. Top scorers in the entire league and promoted from Division Four despite missing Ciarán McDonald and the under-21s. Conor Sweeney was the league’s top scorer with 5-41 and if they beat Limerick, for once they won’t have to play Kerry.
