In the event of tonight's game between Ireland and Argentina in Lens finishing in a draw after 80 minutes, the following criteria will be used to decide the winner.
(1) After a five-minute break, 10 minutes each way will be played with the team ahead after that period being the winner.
(2) If the teams are still tied, then the side that has scored more tries in the match will prevail.
(3) If there is still no victor, the side which has had fewer players sent off in the competition will be considered the winner.
