Sailosi Tagicakibau replaces Topsy Ojo on the wing for London Irish who started with a bonus point win over Treviso. A massive opportunity for the Exiles who must look for a bonus point at the very least.

Benetton Treviso v Perpignan

Stadio Comunale di Monigo (1.30)

There are five changes to the Perpignan team that edged past the Dragons 23-19 last week. Jean-Philippe Grandclaude is named at outside centre, Adrien Plante on the left wing, and Scotland's Chris Cusiter at scrumhalf. Up front, Olivier Olibeau comes in for Nathan Hines, while England prop Perry Freshwater returns at loosehead.

Treviso make a couple of alterations to the team thumped by London Irish. Perpignan need to improve but they should be good enough.

Tigers v Edinburgh

Welford Road (3.0)

Edinburgh coach Andy Robinson has recalled Scotland number eight David Callam and elevated John Houston, who scored against Toulouse, to the starting XV because of an injury to Simon Webster.

Marcelo Loffreda, in his first game as Tigers head coach, recalls a fit again Dan Hipkiss, while Tom Varndell comes in on the wing. Seru Rabeni is injured. Marco Wentzel and Martin Castrogiovanni are preferred to Ben Kay and Julian White. A must win game for the home side, a remit they should fulfil.

Harlequins v Cardiff

The Stoop (3.30, live on Sky Sports)

Cardiff Blues head coach Dai Young has made two changes, both in the frontrow. John Rhys Thomas replaces Gareth Williams at hooker and newly-appointed Wales captain Gethin Jenkins comes in for John Yapp at loosehead prop.

Ireland's Simon Keogh is recalled to the Harlequins team on the right wing, with David Strettle moving in to the outside centre role. Captain Paul Volley was cleared of an eye gouging allegation and starts at blindside flanker. Harlequins, who lost to Stade Français, must beat a Cardiff side that won at home to Bristol if they want to foster European ambitions.

Biarritz v Saracens,

Parc des Sports Aquilera (3.30)

Kris Chesney moves from secondrow to number six to allow for the return of Tom Ryder to the Saracens team. England Sevens star Richard Haughton comes in at fullback, replacing the injured Francisco Leonelli.

Biarritz head coach Patrice Lagisquet has made several changes to his side, including the new look front row of Benoît Lecouls, Benjamin Noirot and Petru Balan. Neither side impressed last week in victory but Biarritz's need is greater and should see them prevail.

Llanelli Scarlets v Wasps

Stradey Park (5.30, live on Sky Sports)

Ireland flanker Simon Easterby returns to captain the Scarlets after missing the thrashing by ASM Clermont Auvergne. He replaces James Bater, while the other change sees Mark Jones preferred to Dafydd James.

Wasps have announced an unchanged team from that which beat Munster 24-23 but make two alterations on the bench, with Dave Walder and Josh Lewsey returning. A must win game for Llanelli.

Bristol v Stade Français

Memorial Ground (3.0, live on Sky Sports)

Stade Français make four changes, including a new frontrow of Pedro Ledesma, Dimitri Szarzewski and Franck Montanella. Christophe Dominici is injured so Julien Arrias comes onto the left wing. Bristol head coach Richard Hill has been forced into several alterations because of injury. Samoan international David Lemi returns but both skipper Matt Salter and Nathan Budgett are ruled out. Andrew Blowers moves to blindside to replace Salter, with Dan Ward-Smith taking over from the former All Black at number eight. Roy Winters replaces Budgett in the second row. - JOHN O'SULLIVAN
