AIRTRICITY LEAGUE PREMIER DIVISION St Patrick's Athletic 2 UCD 0:GOALS IN either half from Christy Fagan and Greg Bolger secured the points for St Patrick's Athletic against UCD at Richmond Park last night. They dominated from the start but initially found it hard to capitalise on the good play and possession they enjoyed.

Conor Kenna saw his excellent header from James Chambers’ corner cleared off the line by Ciarán Nangle on 16 minutes. Then on 20 minutes Bolger connected with John Russell’s pass but headed over the bar when well -placed in front of goal.

St Patrick’s finally broke the deadlock on the half-hour mark when Fagan ran onto Chambers’ pass and fired low past goalkeeper Mark McGinley from the left.

Fagan could have doubled the lead less than a minute later when he got his head to Jake Kelly’s cross but sent his header over the bar.
