Clare recorded their expected rout over Kerry in Cusack Park, Ennis last night to set up a semi-final meeting with Limerick.
Clare were always in control and led by 2-11 to 0-3 at half-time. Rory Hogan and Brian McMahon scored their first-half goals which saw all six Clare forwards score from play by the 25th minute.
Although they replaced some of their leading players in the second half, Clare continued to press home their dominance against an outclassed Kerry team. Substitute Brian Cosgrove scored two goals inside a minute, while Rory Hogan continued to impress when adding his second.
