Lars Bohinen has been suspended for a week and put on the transfer list by Jim Smith after the Norwegian slammed the Derby manager on his own website.
Bohinen has also been fined a week's wages following his outburst, which came after the Rams' 5-0 defeat to Sunderland on Saturday.
The Internet site is in Norwegian, but a translation of what he said was published in an English newspaper yesterday.
Smith blasted: "There is no room for disloyalty at this club. "I had no hesitation in imposing the fine and suspension, and making him available for transfer."
Bohinen appeared as a second-half substitute at the weekend and played the full 90 minutes as Derby beat Swansea 3-1 on Wednesday night.
The 30-year-old revealed: "I put a question mark on the fact that I thought he had two of his most creative players on the bench. I also thought a section of the pre-match training that we have doesn't belong at this level but at a lower level." said Bohinen.
