Sir, Mention the Yeats Country, and most people associate it completely with Co Sligo. I should like to make clear that the Yeats Country does in fact include Leitrim as well as Sligo. One of Yeats's best loved poems refers to Glencar Waterfall ("where the wandering water gushes from the hills above Glencar").
This waterfall is in Co Leitrim although beautiful postcards are on sale placing it in Co Sligo. Leitrim also lays claim to part of Lough Gill, so beloved of Yeats.
