Sir, In the current political situation in this country, all political parties are under suspicion until the Tribunal of inquiry has completed its work. Nobody is in a position to castigate any individual until all the evidence has been examined and either substantiated or refuted.
Allegations of improper receipt of money by any political party or a particular individual are so easy to make that it behoves the media in particular to be fair when raising these issues.
When a person's reputation is called into question that person should have the same access to the media as the person making the allegation.
This is even more important when radio and television are used to highlight current rumours.
Who supervises the un-elected moralists now pronouncing ex cathedra?
All the recent tribunals are good at fixing the blame. Can we as a nation now see to it that we fix the problem and not just the blame.
