Madam, – I am concerned about the sale of live animals in pet shops. I know they would be looked after by caring shop owners, but I think it is unnatural for poor creatures to be locked in and left until someone decides to buy them – if ever they do.
I am sure pet shops could still make a living selling the likes of pet foods, and all the things that pets need, instead of live animals. – Yours, etc,
