Madam, - One hears a lot these days about the inadequacies of our health service. It is therefore a pleasure for me to praise at least part of it.
During the past year I have known the insides of four Dublin hospitals. In each of them I experienced the utmost skill and kindness.
Half-a-dozen or more consultants treated my various conditions with the most up-to-date equipment and procedures. Other medical, ancillary and nursing staff attended to my various needs with the highest degree of expertise and care.
