Madam, – The most striking fact to emerge from your Feeder Schools 2009 supplement (November 26th) is the correlation between student access to third level education and postal codes in the Dublin area.
The only exception to this seems to be where a fee-paying school is located in a postal code area that does not correspond to to the residential area of the students. This report clearly demonstrates the unequal educational opportunities that still persist in Dublin. – Yours, etc,
